The water-based, environmentally friendly formula provides superior hold without changing the look of your landscape, with the strength to prevent washout even on slopes or areas which experience significant rainfall. To make this product hold even against light foot traffic, simply compact the surface until flat and then apply 2-3 coats of DOMINATOR XL Mulch Anchor as outlined in the coverage chart. If your surface is pea gravel, we recommend a diameter of 1/16 to 1/4 inches for optimum performance under light foot traffic.

COLD WEATHER WARNING: Do not apply if the temperature is expected to be below 50° for 48 hours before & after application. 

 

Prepare & Test Before beginning preparations, ensure ambient air temperature will remain above 50°F until product is dry. If temperature falls below 50°F, product performance may be adversely affected. Do not apply if rain is forecast within a day. Use paper and tape to protect areas not intended to be treated, such as walls, borders, and other adjacent surfaces. This water-based product will not kill plants/grass; simply hose overspray off. Before full application, treat a small test area (at least 2 sq ft) to ensure suitability of product and satisfactory results. Test should be carried out with the same preparation, equipment and conditions as intended for the main application.

Apply DO NOT dilute or alter product. Some settling may occur during shipping/storage, so shake container vigorously before filling sprayer. Apply using broad, even strokes to ensure uniform coverage. Follow coverage chart, instructions for recommended coats, depending on the type of mulch or pea gravel being used. Allow sufficient time for product to fully cure (6-24 hours depending on weather conditions).

Cleanup Return any unused product to original container and seal tightly for future use. Any product exposed to air will harden in container. Clean equipment thoroughly to remove all product residue.

Handling & Storage Store in a cool, dry place. If product freezes, allow to thaw fully then use as normal. 

Most orders received by 1 PM ET are shipped same day from Brooksville, Florida. Larger orders shipping via LTL pallet may take up to 3 business days to ship.

We ship most orders via UPS, FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery or USPS. Larger orders may ship via LTL carrier. 

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50.00 to the contiguous United States. If you want to receive the order faster than 3-5 business days, you can upgrade the shipping for an additional charge. Orders under $49.99 will have shipping rates calculated at checkout.

We ship to the US and Canada, and shipping options are available at check out. Please contact us for shipping rates outside of the US and Canada.

The shipping address can be different from the billing address. For security reasons, Black Diamond Coatings may request to verify the address with the purchase.

You will receive a separate email (aside from your order confirmation) with your shipping tracking number to view the estimated delivery date. Unless otherwise quoted by our Customer Care Team, we do not guarantee any delivery dates. Once a package leaves our facility, we are unable to make any changes or exceptions. The estimated delivery date is provided by the shipping carrier as a preliminary arrival date. Currently, US carriers are not guaranteeing delivery dates on most shipments.

We cannot to ship to post office boxes at this time.
