How quickly will my order be processed?
Most orders received by 1 PM ET are shipped same day from Brooksville, Florida. Larger orders shipping via LTL pallet may take up to 3 business days to ship.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We ship most orders via UPS, FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery or USPS. Larger orders may ship via LTL carrier. Click here for a FedEx zone map.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50.00. If you want to receive the order faster than 3-5 business days, you can upgrade the shipping for an additional charge. Orders under $49.99 will have shipping rates calculated at checkout.
What countries does Black Diamond Coatings ship to?
We ship to the US and Canada, and shipping options are available at check out. Please contact us for shipping rates outside of the US.
Can products be delivered to a different mailing address from the billing address?
Yes, the shipping address can be different from the billing address. For security reasons, Black Diamond Coatings may request to verify the address with the purchase.
Can I cancel an order once the order has been placed?
Black Diamond Coatings allows cancellation of orders up to the point of processing the order. We ship most orders received before 1 pm ET on the same business day, shipping directly from our manufacturing facility in Florida direct to your door! Once the product is shipped, our Return Policy would apply. If you need to make a cancellation request, please contact us immediately at 800-270-4050. Please understand due to the high volume of emails received, requests sent via email may not be handled in time for your order to be canceled. We strongly suggest that you call and speak to one of our representatives.
Can I change my shipping address after the order has been placed?
Black Diamond Coatings allows changes to orders up to the point of processing the order, including shipping address changes. We ship most orders received before 1 pm ET on the same business day, shipping directly from our manufacturing facility in Florida direct to your door! How will I know that you received my order and when will the payment be deducted.
After your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation number on screen and also by email. Your credit card will be charged when you place the order. The status of your order can be checked in your account, if you set up an account when you placed your order.
Is my shipping delivery date guaranteed?
You will receive a separate email (aside from your order confirmation) with your shipping tracking number to view the estimated delivery date. Unless otherwise quoted by our Customer Care Team, we do not guarantee any delivery dates. Once a package leaves our facility, we are unable to make any changes or exceptions. The estimated delivery date is provided by the shipping carrier as a preliminary arrival date. Currently, US carriers are not guaranteeing delivery dates on most shipments.
Does Black Diamond Coatings ship to post office boxes?
No, we cannot to ship to post office boxes at this time.
