We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50.00. If you want to receive the order faster than 3-5 business days, you can upgrade the shipping for an additional charge. Orders under $49.99 will have shipping rates calculated at checkout.

Yes, the shipping address can be different from the billing address. For security reasons, Black Diamond Coatings may request to verify the address with the purchase.

After your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation number on screen and also by email. Your credit card will be charged when you place the order. The status of your order can be checked in your account, if you set up an account when you placed your order.
You will receive a separate email (aside from your order confirmation) with your shipping tracking number to view the estimated delivery date. Unless otherwise quoted by our Customer Care Team, we do not guarantee any delivery dates. Once a package leaves our facility, we are unable to make any changes or exceptions. The estimated delivery date is provided by the shipping carrier as a preliminary arrival date. Currently, US carriers are not guaranteeing delivery dates on most shipments.
