First, your satisfaction is most important to us. 

If you have any questions at all about whether the product you have chosen is the right one for your project, please call our Customer Care team at 800.270.4050 before placing your order. We are happy to help you select the product best for your project and needs to ensure that you are satisfied with your selection. We encourage you all of the information available for the products in which you're interested to ensure you've selected the appropriate product for your project (e.g., Technical Data Sheets, FAQs). We want to help you be successful with your project!

CANCELLATION POLICY

Black Diamond Coatings allows cancellation of orders up to the point of processing the order.  We ship most orders received before 1 pm ET on the same business day, shipping directly from our manufacturing facility in Florida direct to your door! Once the product is shipped, our Return Policy would apply. If you need to make a cancellation request, please contact us immediately at 800-270-4050. Please understand due to the high volume of emails received, requests sent via email may not be handled in time for your order to be canceled. We strongly suggest that you call and speak to one of our representatives.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If we made a mistake, we apologize! If you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know within 7 days of receipt so we can replace it for you at no charge. 

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase!  We accept product returns* within 30 days of order receipt that are unopened and in new condition.  You will be responsible for return shipping costs, but we can assist you by providing a prepaid return label and deduct the cost of the shipping from your return.

To request a return authorization, call us at 800-270-4050.

If you are sending the item within the United States and the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may be unable to refund your purchase.

Please ensure that you use proper packing materials to ensure that the package arrives back to us without damage. Products must be unused and must be received in resellable condition. Used products cannot be returned.  We suggest purchasing a sample in order to determine whether the chemical product is right for your project.

*NOTE: Only regular priced products may be refunded.  No Special Order products, sample sizes or sample sets will be refunded.  Products sold at less than retail, including distributor, contractor and with any other discounts cannot be refunded.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five (5) business days.
